Artist Statement
My focus for the final photography project was to delve into something that interests me personally and has for a long time. I focused on Automobile Photography, able to photograph two cars. The first car photographed was a 1965, original GT-350. The second car I had the privilege to photograph is a 2007 Ferrari Maranello. Both cars carry a reputation for their design and excel in exemplifying both the design of that era and the spectrum of modern to classic. With these in mind I attempted to make more commercial photographs directed at peoples interested in automobiles and automobile history. I tried to combine urban influence with sleek lines and dramatic lighting.
